1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the HiDuo iOS application, hiduo.app, and related support services (together, the “Service”). HiDuo is a collaboration platform for creators and businesses.
2. Information we handle
Account and profile information
We may handle your email address, name, account role, profile photo, biography, city, business details, social-media handles, portfolio items, and other information you choose to add.
Collaboration activity
We handle information needed to operate offers and campaigns, including applications, reservations, dates, check-ins, QR verification, proof links or uploaded proof content, reviews, content requests, workspace membership, and messages between users.
Location, camera, and photos
With your permission, HiDuo may use location while the app is in use to show nearby offers and support reservation confirmation. Camera access is used for business QR check-ins. Photo-library access is used when you choose profile, portfolio, listing, or proof media. You can control these permissions in iOS Settings.
Social-platform information
If you connect or submit a social account, we may handle the platform name, handle, verification status, audience information made available through the platform or review process, and links you submit as proof. Your use of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or another platform remains subject to that platform’s terms and privacy practices.
Technical and safety information
We may receive device and network information, app events, timestamps, authentication records, and security or moderation events needed to keep accounts working, prevent abuse, investigate reports, and diagnose errors. HiDuo does not currently use advertising trackers.
3. How we use information
- Provide accounts, profiles, offers, reservations, chat, check-in, and proof workflows.
- Show relevant or nearby offers and public profile information.
- Verify social accounts, visits, submissions, and collaboration outcomes.
- Send service messages and in-app notifications.
- Respond to support, privacy, safety, and dispute requests.
- Protect HiDuo, its users, and the integrity of the marketplace.
- Improve reliability and develop the Service.
4. When information is shared
Profile, offer, and collaboration information may be visible to other HiDuo users according to the feature you use. Messages and collaboration records are shared with the relevant creator, business, or authorized workspace members.
We use service providers to operate HiDuo. This includes Supabase for authentication, database, file storage, realtime features, and backend processing; Cloudflare for this website and network delivery; and Apple services such as MapKit, location permissions, and App Store distribution. We may also exchange information with a social platform when you deliberately connect or use that platform.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transaction where appropriate safeguards apply. We do not sell personal information.
5. Storage and retention
Information may be processed in countries where HiDuo or its providers operate. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When an account is deleted, associated personal information is deleted or de-identified unless retention is required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
6. Your choices
- Edit profile and business information in the app where controls are available.
- Change location, camera, and photo permissions in iOS Settings.
- Disconnect or stop using a connected social platform, subject to any platform controls.
- Ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information by contacting support.

7. Children
HiDuo is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. Additional age or guardian requirements may apply based on a user’s location and the type of collaboration.
8. Website privacy
The current hiduo.app website is static. It does not use advertising, analytics scripts, account cookies, or contact forms. Cloudflare may process ordinary network information, such as IP address and request metadata, to securely deliver the site.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as HiDuo changes. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes may also be communicated in the app or through another appropriate channel.
