Privacy choices
You can change location, camera, and photo access in iOS Settings. For access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, email support with the subject line Privacy request. We may need to verify that the request belongs to the account holder before acting.
Delete your account
HiDuo is currently in pre-release. Until the in-app deletion control is available, request deletion by emailing support@hiduo.app from the address used for your account with the subject line Delete my HiDuo account.
A deletion request covers the account and associated personal information, except records that must be kept for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or active-dispute reasons. We will explain if verification or additional time is required.
App Store launch note: The production iOS app will provide an account-deletion control inside account settings. This support route remains available for privacy help.
