Terms of Service

These terms set the basic rules for using HiDuo as a creator, business, or authorized team member.

Effective and last updated: August 26, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the HiDuo application, website, or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use HiDuo

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use HiDuo only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian and where local law allows it. Business users confirm that they have authority to act for the business or workspace they join.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep login details secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that invited team members have appropriate access. Contact support if you believe an account has been compromised.

4. How the marketplace works

HiDuo provides tools for creators and businesses to discover, propose, organize, document, and review collaborations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, HiDuo is not a party to an agreement between a creator and a business and does not guarantee an offer, reservation, visit, deliverable, audience result, payment, product, service, or user identity.

Offer details available when a creator reserves or applies may be recorded for that collaboration. Users should review dates, eligibility, deliverables, content rights, cancellation terms, venue rules, and any compensation before accepting.

5. User responsibilities

Creators

Creators must provide accurate profiles and social information, attend or cancel in accordance with the offer, follow reasonable venue rules, and submit authentic proof that meets the accepted brief.

Businesses

Businesses must publish clear and accurate offers, honor accepted terms, provide safe and lawful experiences, make timely decisions, and use creator content only within the rights agreed for that collaboration.

Everyone

Communicate respectfully, comply with applicable law and platform rules, and resolve issues in good faith. Verification labels or reviews are signals based on available information, not endorsements or guarantees.

6. Content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give HiDuo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for reasonable backup, legal, safety, or dispute retention.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or link. Any additional content licence between a creator and a business is governed by the accepted collaboration terms, not by this platform licence.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use HiDuo to:

  • Misrepresent identity, audience, ownership, visits, proof, offers, or business authority.
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate, exploit, defraud, or endanger another person.
  • Publish illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content or offers.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or access controls.
  • Use another person’s information or content without appropriate permission.
  • Manipulate reviews, verification, rankings, referrals, or collaboration outcomes.

8. Moderation and suspension

We may review reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or end access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, meet legal obligations, or secure the Service. Where appropriate, we may ask for information and provide a way to contact support about a decision.

9. Third-party services

HiDuo may connect to Apple, Supabase, mapping services, and social platforms such as TikTok or Instagram. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. HiDuo is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

10. Paid features

If HiDuo introduces subscriptions or other paid features, the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and feature terms will be shown before purchase and will also be subject to the applicable App Store payment terms. A user’s separate obligation to provide an agreed creator reward or business service remains between the users involved.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every user, offer, location, result, or third-party integration will be accurate, safe, available, or suitable. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HiDuo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost profits or opportunities, or conduct and agreements between users. Any limits apply only to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

13. Ending use

You may stop using HiDuo at any time and may request account deletion through the current process described on the Support page. Terms that by their nature should continue—including content ownership, dispute records, disclaimers, and lawful liability limits—survive termination.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. We will revise the date above and give additional notice when a change materially affects user rights or obligations. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the revised Terms.
